Mark Garcia, M.D. FSIR, FACR

Interventional Radiologist

Dr. Garcia has over 20 years of experience. He was the Department Chief and Medical Director of Peripheral labs in the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Care from 2000-2014. He was also Medical Director of the Center for Comprehensive Venous Health from 2013-2015 and Chief Medical Officer for Merit Medical Systems from 2015-2017. He then became the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of EndoVascular Consultants. He has been involved in multiple clinical trials & registries and continues to be invited to be a speaker/faculty at multiple national and international meetings.

Barbara (Bonnie) V. Wilson, DNP, APRN-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She spent most of career at Christiana Care working as a Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Radiology Nurse Preceptor, and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Bonnie went on to receive her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and joined Endovascular Consultants in 2024.

Rachel B. Kyle, AGNP-C

Nurse Practicioner

Ms. Kyle has over 8 years of experience in nursing. She spent most of her career as an Operating Room RN. Rachel graduated with her BSN from The University of Delaware, and she completed her MSN in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at George Washington University. Rachel was most recently the Clinical Director at Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery (DOCS) for the past 3 years. She joined Endovascular Consultants in 2024.
